Pest Control questions
Does GetMatchedPro treat the ants?
No. GetMatchedPro is a record, not a pest company. Your note goes to independent local pest pros in your area, and one of them calls you to talk about treatment and what it costs.
How much will a roach treatment cost?
Price is theirs to quote. The pro who stands in your kitchen and sees whether it is one nest or a whole colony behind the cabinets is the only one who can put a number on it. Ask them.
Will one visit end it?
Ants and wasps often end after one treatment. Bed bugs and roaches do not, and the pro should tell you on the call how many trips yours will take before anyone starts. Pin that down.
Do I need to leave the house?
Outside work, no. An interior treatment for bed bugs or roaches can mean you and the pets are out of the house for a few hours, and the pro tells you which one yours is before the truck shows up.
Should I spray before the pro comes?
Skip it. Store-bought spray scatters an ant colony and pushes roaches deeper into the wall voids, which only makes the real treatment harder. Leave the trail where it is and note the time of day you see the most activity.
