These terms apply when you use GetMatchedPro. In these terms "we" and "us" mean GetMatchedPro, a lead-generation service operated by ZYZY Digital Group. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

By submitting a request, you agree to them.

What this service is

GetMatchedPro collects details about a home project and passes them to independent local service professionals who may contact you about the work.

We are not a contractor. We do not perform, price, license, supervise, insure, or guarantee any work. We are not a party to any agreement you reach with a professional, and we do not receive or hold payment for work.

What we do not promise

Because the professionals are independent businesses, we do not promise:

  • That anyone will contact you, or how quickly.
  • That a professional is licensed, insured, bonded, or qualified for your job. Confirm that yourself before you hire anyone.
  • Any price, estimate, timeline, or standard of work.
  • That a professional is available in your area or for your kind of project.

Deciding who to hire, and whether to hire anyone at all, is entirely your choice.

Your responsibilities

When you submit a request you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The information you give us is accurate and about you.
  • The phone number you give us is one you may receive calls and texts at.
  • You own the property, or you are authorized to arrange work on it.
  • You are not submitting requests on someone else's behalf without their permission.

Consent to be contacted

Checking the consent box is an electronic signature. It permits us and the professionals we work with to call, text, or email you about your project, including by automatic dialing system or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may withdraw it at any time by calling 888-918-3742.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, automated, or fraudulent requests.
  • Use the site to collect information about the professionals in our network.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to access parts of it you are not authorized to reach.

No warranties

The site and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of work performed or not performed by a professional you were connected with.

Any dispute you have about work, price, damage, or conduct is between you and the professional.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
