In this policy "we" and "us" mean GetMatchedPro, a lead-generation service operated by ZYZY Digital Group. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

We collect details about a home project and pass them to independent local professionals who may contact you about the work. We are not a contractor and we do not perform, license, or supervise any work.

This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What you give us

When you complete a request form, we collect:

• The project description you type, and the category of the page you started from.
• Your first and last name.
• Your email address.
• The street address and ZIP code where the work would happen.
• Your phone number.
• Your consent to be contacted, recorded as an e-signature with a timestamp.

What we collect automatically

Alongside what you type, our systems record:

• Your IP address, recorded by our intake server when your request arrives.
• Your browser's user-agent string, which identifies your browser and operating system.
• The address of the page you submitted the form from.
• A TrustedForm certificate: a third-party record of your visit to the form, created by ActiveProspect, which documents the consent you gave and how you gave it.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on these pages. The only browser storage the pages use is what the form itself needs to work.

Why we collect it

We use your information for one purpose: to connect you with independent local professionals who handle the kind of work you described, and to let them contact you about it.

• Your project description and category tell us which trade the request belongs to.
• Your address and ZIP code tell us which professionals serve your area.
• Your name, phone number, and email are how a professional reaches you.
• Your IP address, user agent, and TrustedForm certificate document that the request and the consent were genuine, and help us detect fraudulent submissions.

Who we share it with

We share the information you submit with:

• Independent local service professionals, and the networks that distribute requests to them, so they can contact you about your project. They are separate businesses. Once your details reach them, their own privacy practices govern what they do with your information, not ours.
• Service providers who operate this site on our behalf, including our hosting and database provider, and ActiveProspect, which issues the TrustedForm certificate.
• Law enforcement or other parties where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or protect someone's safety.

More than one professional may contact you about a single request.

We do not sell your information for anyone else's independent advertising. But sharing lead information with service professionals may be treated as a "sale" or as "sharing" under California and other state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time -- see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Calls, texts, and emails

The consent box on the request form is a TCPA e-signature. By checking it and submitting, you agree that we and the local professionals we work with may call, text, or email you about your project, including with an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by telling the professional who contacts you, by replying STOP to a text, or by calling us at 888-918-3742. Withdrawing consent does not undo contact that has already been arranged, and it may mean we cannot connect you with anyone.

Standard message and data rates may apply to texts.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted requests and their associated consent records for as long as we need them to operate the service and to show, if we are ever asked, that consent was properly given. Consent records are generally kept for at least five years, which is the period during which a TCPA claim can be brought.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner -- see Your choices.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we have used and shared it.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We will ask for enough information to confirm you are the person the request is about -- usually the phone number or email address you submitted -- and we will not use what you give us for verification for anything else.

An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf if they can show they have permission to act for you.

Deleting your information does not pull it back from professionals it has already been shared with. You would need to contact them directly.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, call us at 888-918-3742 and we will delete it.

Security

Requests are submitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access controls limiting who can read them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
